Maria E. Mora is the founder of the Mora Law Firm, PLLC. Maria obtained her license to practice law in the state of New York. Her legal practice is exclusive and only in the area of Federal Immigration and Naturalization Law in the 50 States and Territories of the American Union, as well as in American Embassies and Consulates outside the United States.
Maria's vast experience in Immigration law helps her represent her clients with confidence, Maria has worked with clients processing immigrant visas (obtaining a green card in the United States), applications for US citizenship, non-immigrant visas (work visas, investors, student), as well as consular processes before the embassies of the United States abroad, waivers of ineligibility, etc.
Maria is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), as well as the New York State Bar Association (NYSB).
Maria obtained her law degree from Universidad Anahuac-Mayab in her home country of Mexico. After her arrival in the United States, she graduated from the University of Miami School of Law where she obtained her Master's degree in International Law.
